Biography
As a Partner at Oshman Mirisola Law Group, PLLC, Mr. Kremen prepares and argues appeals in the departments of the Appellate Division and in the Court of Appeals, the State’s highest court.
He is involved in all aspects of litigation from initial case evaluation through discovery, trials and appeals. In addition to appellate litigation, he prepares pre-trial, trial and post-trial motions and memoranda.
Mr. Kremen received his undergraduate degree from the University at Albany – SUNY. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra Law School, where he was one of five winners of the Hofstra Law Review writing competition and was the Associate Editor of the Hofstra Law Review.
